I am a special-needs mother turned functional nutrition educator, inspired by my own child’s healing journey. My work focuses on root-cause nutrition, metabolic balance, and personalized wellness, with a growing interest in future biomedical-informed approaches. I am passionate about empowering families through education, advocacy, and compassionate, science-based support.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering, and that training shaped the way I think, and paying attention to details, over time, I began applying that same analytical mindset to wellness—looking for patterns, root cause, and practical solutions. For years, I struggled with autoimmune symptoms. Through a holistic approach—focusing on nutrition, gut health, reducing toxins, stress support, sleep, and working with my healthcare providers—I experienced meaningful improvement and regained quality of life. That experience changed everything for me. Now, I share what I’ve learned with other families: don’t feel lost or overwhelmed
I created this educational platform to help families better understand nutrition, supplements, and
low-toxin living without fear, confusion, or overwhelm.
My approach is education-first, grounded in functional nutrition principles and current research.
I focus on helping individuals and parents learn how food, nutrients, and biochemical processes
interact — especially for sensitive bodies and developing children.
I believe:
● Knowledge empowers better decisions
● One size does not fit all
● Gentle, informed steps matter
● Education should feel supportive, not intimidating
My role is not to diagnose or treat, but to translate complex nutrition and lab concepts into
understandable education that families can use in partnership with their healthcare providers.
To make low-toxin nutrition education accessible, compassionate, and practical for families
navigating complex health questions.
These sessions are designed to support learning and understanding, not medical diagnosis or
treatment.
